Dear all Zeuxters, Thank you to all the Zeux supporters here who care about Zeux and have been supporting us along the journey. I would like to first apologize for not being responsive to questions lately, this has been due to challenges arising from an eventful year in 2020 which I’ll explain more below. The following are some of the key accomplishments and challenges that the Zeux team faced this year: 6 months after the successful launch of our Easy Access Money Pot, we had to retire the product, but everyone who used it earned 5% interest and we received great praise from our customers in bringing an innovative product to market. Our team has been working hard in the background to provide our customers with a new inflation beating savings product. Zeux partnered to help launch Novadax EU Zeux launched a new Zeux Premium account service These are the things you already knew. Now there are a few things you didn’t know which also happened in the background: At the beginning of 2020, we’ve received $1.25 million institutional investment from one of our partners, Wecash/Abakus. This was great news coming from the strong traction of customers signing up for the Easy Access Money Pot (partnered with Wecash). However, after an extended ongoing dialogue, in the end the FCA opinion was that the Easy Access Money Pot was not suitable for retail customers. The product was retired in July this year. Wecash was not happy with this development and as a result, they were no longer willing to invest further into Zeux without fundamental changes to the business. We also made plans for a crowdfunding campaign to ensure further funding but we knew that it was a disappointment for our customers about the retiring of EAMP, so it was not a good time to roll this out before we launched our next financial product in the UK. Shortly afterwards in July, in order to stay in the fight to deliver value to our supporters in this difficult situation, we struck a new deal with Wecash to co-launch Novadax Europe with its Brazilian subsidiary, Novadax. During this time, we had also allocated resources to work with the regulator, lawyers, and compliance consultants to get pre-approval for our next financial product in order to help us to get to the next stage of fundraising to continue our ambitious goal. This also explains why there was a lack of resources to push crypto mobile payment in Europe. As a firm we need capital injection or revenue, as you all know Zeux service doesn’t charge customers anything, we were relying on the launch of these 2 products to bring us revenue to help us move forward, and leverage for future fundraising. Unfortunately, after a long period of negotiation between the new financial product partner and our main investor, we did not receive financial approval to launch this product by our investor, as it requires a significant marketing budget investment. Without backing from our main investor, we have had no choice but to restructure and exit the mass market and immediately withdraw our free standard Zeux account service. I understand that this will be very disappointing for many of you especially those who have been with us from the beginning. The team and I are also very sad because we built Zeux from scratch over 3 years ago with the ambitious objective of building a product for all customers. Unfortunately, this year’s challenges have hit us before we’ve had the chance to get into our stride. What happens to my ZUC?
